On a three-day excursion, we get to know the Valle de Cauca in the south of Cali. We start early in the morning from our finca and first visit the thermal baths of Agua Tibia in the south.
(Badespass , Termales de Agua Tibia)
After a long swim, we spend the night in the town of Popyan in the south of Cali. It is known for its beautiful colonial architecture. We spend the night there after visiting the spa. After checking into the hotel, we take a short walk up the “sacred mountain”, then visit the town and have dinner in a typical local restaurant.
The next day, we set off on a hike into the impressive mountain world of the Central Capillaries. We hike along the “Ruta de Condor” to the Paramó, a typical plant community of the “Terra Fria” at high altitude. (Cascada de Bedon)
On the way back, we stop in the small country town of Piendamó and spend the night there. The next day we visit various farms on a short walk. Alternatively, you can go on a trekking tour on the “Ruta de Cafe” by bike. We will enjoy dinner again in a typical local restaurant. The driver will then pick you up at night and we will drive back to the finca.
