Our aim is for you to feel at home and enjoy your stay.
Our rooms are comfortably furnished. They are cleaned every day and linen is changed if necessary. Towels, shampoo and soap are provided for each person. Pure drinking water is available from a dispenser which is refilled. You are also welcome to buy drinks, cosmetics or sanitary products, e.g. diapers, from our small store – this minimizes transport problems with liquids.
The occupancy of the chalets will be according to your wishes. Children receive extra beds free of charge.
You have free access to a fast internet connection; a computer with scanner and printer is available in the office for office work. A small library provides you with information on nature and the history of the country.
Finca Casa Colibri is designed to be self-catering for guests. This means that you can prepare your own breakfast or have breakfast at “Teresa” directly above the finca. The other meals are either included in the activities, you can eat in one of the restaurants nearby or you can prepare your own meals. We recommend the appropriate shopping facilities.
You will usually receive a snack for excursions and outdoor activities. This is provided at the hotel or by the organizer. The snack is included in the price. For some of the activities, we have dinner together at the end. You can order this a la carte and pay in the restaurant.
The garden is available to our guests. Please treat the nature in our garden with respect and be considerate of your fellow residents and neighbors. If you bring a pet, please ensure that other guests are not disturbed.
An important point: Your safety is particularly important to us. Therefore, the residential complex is monitored and access to the finca is controlled. We ask for your understanding if you feel that your privacy is being violated. If you would like to explore the area on your own, please contact us. We can give you valuable tips on safety and will provide you with a cell phone so that we can come to your aid quickly in an emergency. We recommend limiting these excursions to the Buitrera and the Garden City. For safety reasons, excursions into the city and the surrounding area should only be undertaken in company.
