Transport connections: The finca is located about 3.4 km from the hamlet of “El Crucero de la Buitrera”. It is about 60 minutes on foot and about 15 minutes by car. From there, there are regular buses and cabs to Holguines/Unicentro station about 10km further down the valley. From there, there are connections to the local public transport system in Cali.
It is about 40 km by car or cab from the finca to the airport, which should take about 90 minutes. A vehicle with 8 seats is available for activities and excursions in the surrounding area. For activities in Cali in a smaller group, a member of our team will accompany you to your destination in a car if required
Food and drink: The finca is self-catering. You can prepare the food you bring with you in the kitchen and store it in the fridge.
There are several restaurants and tiendas in the vicinity of the finca where you can have a coffee or a snack. We can particularly recommend the “Teresa” restaurant right next to the finca, which serves food at all times of the day.
At the entrance to Buitrera is the “Ciudad Jardin”; in this area you will find a wide variety of high quality restaurants.
Daily necessities: You can find daily necessities in the Tienda Angelica near the finca. You can also send us a shopping list and we will get these things in Cali.
Shopping centers: Close to the entrance to Buitrera you will find the shopping centers “Holguines”, “Unicentro” and “Jardin Plaza” where you can find everything you could possibly want. The shopping experience can then be rounded off with a good cup of coffee at Valdez.
